Why Denver RV Roofs Fail Early
Lap sealant that lasts seven years at sea level often cracks in three or four on the Front Range. UV at 5,280 ft is roughly 25% more intense, daily temperature swings of 40° work every seam, and one good hailstorm can crater a whole roofline of plastic fittings. An annual roof inspection — every spring, after hail season starts — is the cheapest thing you can do for your rig. We inspect during any mobile visit for a small add-on.

Insurance Hail Claims
